These bowls are much smaller in size than anticipated. The ceramic bowl itself is sturdy and well made. Just not what I was looking for.

I got these for coffee cupping I'm hosting and out of two orders, I got a couple chipped units. It doesn't change the ability to do what it's designed for and the cups do well in this manor.

I used these when I provided soup for a dinner event and was very pleased with the quality and size. These are the same bowls you would be served a cup of soup in at restaurant. Perfect for chili, ice cream or use for portion control. I would definitely recommend these bowls since they are sturdy and, look nice and at a great price.
