These are not double hex bits and will not work on your Toyotas head bolts as the packaging states. These are triple square bits.

First, not bihex, they are just a regular triple square. Second, since they are triple square, which is measured differently apparently, a 10mm is equivalent to an 8mm bihex. Just go with the socket from CTA if you need an ACTUAL Bihex bit for your head bolts.

Arrived in nice packaging that was easy to open. Seems high quality. Did not fit the head bolts on my 2001 Prius.

The quality doesn't seem bad, but these do not work for a 2010-2015 Gen 3 Prius head bolt. They are both too small.

The image shows the 10mm PT bit on the left and the larger 10mm CTA bit I purchased to replace it. The CTA bit is 10mm double hex and a 10mm ring spanner fits it nicely.

Tools arrived quickly and fit perfectly. This Bi-Hexagon tool is hard to find and these fit well. Triple square versions are similar but are not the right fit and may strip when torque is applied.Toyota service manuals specifically call for "Bi-Hexagon" head socket, not "Triple Square" as the engagement with the head bolt is different.

NOT DOUBLE HEX. Even though it says double hex on the package, these are actually triple square.Not the same thing. The angles on the points are different. Triple square (90° points) will strip out Toyota double hex bolts (120° flats). Using a triple square in a double hex bolt only puts torque on the tips of the tool, that can damage the tool and strip out the fastener. BUY THE CTA 9295 SET INSTEAD.
