We have 2 kitties (one is special needs). It gives me such peace of mind knowing that he is drinking. Set up was so easy and the cats seem to love it! It holds a TON of water too. I love that it sits up higher because it just looks more comfortable for the cat to drink. My only regret is not getting this sooner. The app is so easy to use and understand as well.

Have had this water fountain for ~1 week.Pros: I love that this tracks my kitty’s water intake and reports it to the same app as their feeders. Our old cat is in very early CKD so, knowing his drinking habits is going to be important. It took him about 2 days to use the fountain and our other cat took ~5. So, transitioning from one type of fountain to another wasn’t too hard. The app tells you how much water is in it! No guessing when it needs to be filled!Cons: I don’t like the bulkiness of the collar tags. In actuality they are not that large, but when the technology exists to use a cat’s embedded microchip for RFID, having another tag on the collar is disappointing.TBD: Not sure about ease of cleaning.

I love this product! I have three cats and I really enjoy checking their water intake throughout the day and week. No monthly membership required. You just have to set it up through your Wi-Fi. I highly recommend!

My cats (and dog) love this! It is fantastic to have the app alert me when additional water is needed, and more importantly it is extremely quiet. Usually needs to be refilled just 1x per week even with 3 small animals using it many times per day.

Warning: They try to sell you filters and a health tracking servicePretty good water fountain, I have it set to run 24/7, my cats don't seem to mind drinking from it when it's running. If you install the app and have your cats collared it can attribute how much water was consumed to the at the fountain at the time and track your cats water intake. The base runs off a USB cord, comes with wall wart. The tank/pump is driven wirelessly so you can just pick it up to refil/clean/W.H.Y.For tracking you have to put an RFID tag on your cats collar (2 RFID tags and collars included), it cannot use your pets implanted RFID tag for incase it gets lost. The RFID tag is the same type used with their RFID feeder, so you only need 1 tag for each cat.It comes with a couple extra filters for the drain on the top to keep cat hair and whatnot out of the tank. Easy to pop out and clean by hand. The App bothers you every 2 weeks to clean the tank and replace the filter. So far it seems worth it to keep the app even with the every 2 week notice.

We've used cat fountains for a number of years now as one way to encourage our cats to drink more water since they usually prefer moving water to stagnant water. This is the first time, though, that we have been able to track approximate water intake for each cat thanks to the RFID collars that are programmed to go with the PETLIBRO fountain. All of our cats have always been rescue cats, so they often are different ages, sometimes with different health problems. The fountain itself is whisper quiet with a stainless-steel drinking tray that collects the water before it drains back down through the filter and gets pumped back up again to the drinking tray on top. Unlike previous water fountains that we have owned, the power cord is plugged into the base, which stays in place, making it easy to lift the main fountain container up off the base without having to drag a power cord behind you when you move it over to the sink for cleaning and refilling. The PETLIBRO app keeps a record of each cat's water intake on your smartphone, making it easy to share that data with your vet. The app also reminds you when it is time to replace the filter to keep the water clean and healthy.

Writing this review to hopefully help other pet parents. I originally bought this because one of my cats gets dehydrated chronically and I wanted to track her water intake. Let me just start by saying this fountain is really sleek designed well and i honestly had a really good experience in terms of functionality and it being easy to clean and set up.The problem is my cats will literally not use it. I don’t know what it is. I keep it clean per the manufacturers recommendations. I’ve tried moving it to different spots having the plastic guard on and off I’ve had it since December 20 and they have used it twice in 20 days . It really does track the intake and even how long they’re drinking so I think that is cool but for the price, it doesn’t make sense for me to keep it if my cats aren’t going to use it very disappointed but again this is not a flaw of Petlibro. It is a flaw of my cats.

What an awful product! OMG! The WORST software ever! It's annoying and utterly useless. I returned mine after having had it for 3 weeks, I didn't think it was a good product. It would send me about 10 error messages to my phone per day, constantly turn itself off, or cause another alarm/notification, it was very annoying.Stupid alarms, too, like 'Your water bowl was tipped over and is now off the charger', or 'Your water bowl got kicked off the base'. When I came home, the bowl was where I left it, on it's charger, but the fountain had turned itself off. It must be the most useless, most annoying, pet fountain products out there, plus the software is so lame and stupid, it's ridiculous! The app is 100% pointless. The design is highly flawed. As for durability, I don't know, I've only had it for 3 weeks, but it seems somewhat flimsy.Oh, and my cat did not like it either.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF TRASH!!!

We love this new water foundation than the old one. This foundation is compact given its 3L capacity of water tank. The large water tank can store enough water for my 2 cats till it is time to clean the fountain (about 2-3 weeks). The height of the foundation is nice. My cats can reach it without curling up bodies. We also like the idea of pump-free design. The pump does not have any wire connection, which is very easy to clean. The wire is connected at the base, so the tank is detachable for easily refilling and cleaning. The splash shield is a plus. Water won’t goes everywhere and make sure only one cat consuming at a time. The user manual is clear. It is easy to have the water fountain connected to our wifi and use the app to track the water consumption of our cats 🐈⬛ 🐈. It would be better if it supports the microchip reading. My cats are not used to the collars. They seem stressed when wearing them.
