The design is modern but not audacious. I think it will fit in just fine here in my house. It is heavy and well made, so I expect that it will never wear out. Definitely a step up from the cheap generic ones.

This product is well made but not a standard fit. If you cannot easily modify the length of the connecting pipe then this may not be worth it. My pipe is galvanized steel and coupling is too large to fit inside spout. Much easier to just get a different spout.

Be aware that this is not necessarily a universal spout due to its long and narrow shape. If your threaded pipe sticks out of the wall less than 5 3/16", it will not reach the threads on this long spout. If you add a pipe extender, the knuckles on the pipe extender will make it too wide, and the narrow spout won't fit over it. Have not been able to install mine due to these problems.
