This was always my favorite dish for so many purposes and I love as heart broken when I dropped and broke it. I looked for years to replace it. I was calling it a soufflé dish. I t was purchased in a very high end kitchen store. I’m so happy to have found the exact dish after all these years of looking!

This is a very beautiful well made pie plate. The glass is perfect and feels substantial & sturdy. Its large with a thick beveled bottom that heats evenly. I really like the rippled edge it looks lovely and adds some flair too an otherwise plain glass plate. The glass shines with a blue hue and looks great on the table.

I loved this design of a flat bottom with no logo in the center but was disappointed that etching cream had no impact at all on the glass. The plate itself is very pretty.
