Smooth cutting! Easier to use than the cheap one the pharmacy gives.

This little cutter is very sharp. It's so easy to use. You can cut large or small pills. I got it for these monster size multi-vitamins. I have to cut them into quarters.

My pill doesn't have a line on it, but it cut it in half perfectly. It's a small pill.

This works great, but my pill is oblong and small and this didn't ,but the pill cutter works but not for my pill.

This is a very poorly designed pill cutter. It's probably good for very large pills, but is terrible for small pills. The walls surrounding the pill cutting area are much to small to be able to maneuver small pills into position.

Not quite big enough for my multivitamin. Also, item I received was wrong color and didn't include bonus item listed in description.

My old splitter was crushing the tablets, this one actually cuts them. It looks good and works.

I love how cute and little it all is. The simple slide lock keeps it from opening up in your bag. The cutting blade is a real metal blade that's attached up inside the upper lid so be careful. The bottom half of the lid has a teardrop shaped chopping area; the tear shape is supposed to facilitate holding the different sized pill in place as you bring the lid down to chop.It works, but it doesn't work best on really small pills, especially without the lines pre-notched into the pills. And if you want to cut a small pill in quarters, it ends up crushing it into powder instead. For really tiny pills, it's probably easier to place it on a table and use your fingertips method (search youtube) for breaking pills instead.I like the design idea and the packaging but it's not perfect for tiny pills.
