I never give bad reviews, but wow. These are terrible. Like other reviewers said, these came in an unlabeled ziplock with no brand name on them. Not what I expected, but okay, fine... I wanted to use these to test where I'm missing when I brush and floss, so I brushed and flossed thoroughly, rinsed, and then chewed a tablet. It turned my entire mouth purple. No dark spots, no clinging to anything in particular, just an entire purple mouth full of entirely uniformly blue teeth. I rebrushed and now my teeth are their normal color...almost...I think...but my gums are still tinted blue and my tongue is DARK BLUE. It WONT COME OFF. I guess I'll be wearing a face mask to work......the rest of these are going straight in the trash.

No more lying about brushing their teeth. We have been able to not only teach them how to brush properly but check and see where they aren’t getting well. Tablets are big so we split in half for little mouths or else it runs down their chin and stains their face.

It colored my teeth, but it was not as vivid as expected and it tasted bad. Yuck. However it's my preference and not that the product is defective so 3 stars it is.

I used a similar product when I was a child and I still credit them for my early understanding of oral hygiene, so when I noticed my 4/yo daughter struggling to understand where and why to properly brush, I remembered these and decided to give them a try. They’ve been a hit! My daughter now enthusiastically brushed away all the colors, and I’ve even passed some out to my nieces and daughter’s friends, who all have had fun using them and asked for more. The only thing I’d say about these is get more if you can, because 50 isn’t enough. Kids want to keep using them and frankly, I’m not one to say no to hygiene enthusiasm 😂

Forty years ago, some dolt in my brother's class deliberately broke a blue Bic ballpoint and sucked the contents into his mouth, much to the students' astonishment/nuns' horror. That guy later did some serious jail time, to no one's surprise. Not judging! I secretly wanted to do the same. (The writing-pen thing. Not the jail-pen thing.)This product has satisfied my four-decade craving. When you spit this stuff out ("Expectorate," the fancypants instructions say), your sink is coated in an astonishing indigo. Go ahead. Spit again. And again. The indigo doesn't want to give up. It's truly a fun time. I hope that one day it's manufactured in blood red, so I can look like Ozzy biting that poor rodent. Nom, nom, nom.Oh, yeah. It also shows, quite well, where you need to get a-brushin'. Frankly the whole world should do this once a week. At the risk of sounding like a tool, I'm making a permanent part of my oral-health regimen.

My preteen is a huge brat when it comes to brushing and flossing. I got these tablets to properly scare her. It worked. I still have to nudge her about brushing; but at least she now shudders when I remind her about the colorful plaque; and brushes without complaints.I myself am disciplined when it comes to dental hygiene. To my surprise, DuoTone "found" a spot that I was habitually missing when brushing.Cons: tablets have weird, not too pleasant texture. If your counter and sink are old and or made of porous materials, expect some staining. Nothing that regular cleaner cannot get rid of, though. I also think they are a tad too expensive.
