I’ve included three photos—one showing a side-by-side comparison where one sneaker has been cleaned and the other remains untouched. Both sneakers started equally dirty, and I think the difference is clear. I followed the recommended instructions: soaked the brush and added a small amount of Pink Miracle. However, I noticed that because the cleaner has such a watery consistency, it just poured off the brush, making it hard to achieve a proper foam like they demonstrate.For the second sneaker, I plan to mix the cleaner in a bowl and dip the brush directly into the solution. My initial package sent from Amazon had a leaking bottle in it so I contacted the customer service for the product itself and they quickly replace the whole kit for me. They are a small independent company that stands by their product. It is hard to find a company that their products so well these days. I would give them five stars alone just for their customer service.The product works well. Also, I especially like the wipes that come in the package for quick cleaning of your shoes.
