The tines on this thing are intersting! The body is made of what fells to be really cheap plastic. The pencil sharpener is terrible. 4-Stars because the main purpose of the product is to fix ball marks and thus the tines are the most important part.If it were a metal body it would last forever! Not sure about the plastic.

This thing is nothing short of awesome before it breaks, literally my favorite repair tool I’ve owned. This is third one I’ve had that broke the exact same way, the outside tine breaks right off when you flip it open. I recieved one as a gift, lasted two months, bought one off of Amazon because I loved the first…same result after about 15 rounds, thought I’d give it a go for a third time and got around 12-15 rounds before the exact same result.It’s a shame because it is amazing when it’s whole, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering due the poor quality.

It was great…until it wasn’t. Tine snapped off after 10 rounds. Not durable.

I like the three prongs instead of the two and the outer two tend to go into the grass easier. Just as durable and head and shoulders above any knockoffs.

I have been happy so far with the strength of the tongs and the switching mechanism. I have had various other repair tools that broke after using them.

This thing works great. Like you have your own greens keeper. Maybe a little pricey, but when the match is on the line, what’s it worth to be able to smooth out that ball mark between you and the hole?

This one is much easier on the front pocket than it's bigger brother 2.0. The tines can also do some damage if you are too agressive or are playing on dry or tangly greens. Con - the folding joint is constantly binding up with turf and dirt.
