My garage door has been very noisy and goes up and down shaking side to side as it goes up and down. I tried lubing it all over but that didn't help so I started adjusting the tracks because the doors are about 15 years old and I thought maybe they were out of sink. As I was messing with everything on the doors I finally realized the two Pullys on the wall that guides the cables for the door to go up and down were frozen and missing some bearings. Saw this kit and ordered it and changed the pullys, now the doors go up and down nice and smooth and quite.

The center bearing race is not shouldered like most. The rivets were rubbing on the fasteners for the wall mounted pulley. I had to add some washers to shim and stop them from binding.
