SPECIALLY DESIGINED
For most saltwater pools, the optimal salt concentration falls within the range of 2700-3400 ppm. Our salt test strips are color-calibrated, not only making the results easier to interpret but also explicitly marking this range, ensuring you can easily determine if your current salt levels are within the recommended range.
3 STEPS TO USE:
Dip one strip into water for 1 sec then take it out, and do not shake the excess water.
Hold the strip horizontally for 5 sec.
Compare to the color chart on the bottle.
Test range: 0-6000 ppm
Applications: Pool, spa and hot tub
Package content: 50 Count salt test strips

First picture is the strip before wetting, it sort of matches the zero salt.Second picture is after 2 second dip in the pool. I don't know about you, but the pink dip stick does not look remotely like any of the brown/tans on the bottle.Final picture is after the recommended 30 second wait. The deep purple matches nothing. I have no idea what the salt concentration is. What a frustrating waste. I recommend staying away from this product

Save your money. Compared against stripes from the pool store. Hardness and stabilizer about right. This one showed high free chlorine and total and bromine. WAY off. Stripes from pool store showed chlorine levels a little low which is right because I haven't added anything for 3 days and I know my pool very well.Going back to porpoise brand. A little more expensive but WAY more accurate. Amazon shouldn't even sell this Chinese test Stripes Not good to swim in a pool with wrong sanitizer levels.
