I have trust issues with leaky items and this sealed in the water well and I did not have any seep over into the food compartment. You can see in my picture that the lid has a seal around it and down the middle to separating the compartments. I really love that this is dishwasher safe! There is a little plastic net looking thing that I am unsure what the use is for but I'd imagine if you have to mix powder into your dogs water it would help with that. In order to pour the dog food out without taking off the whole top, you would need small kibble but if you plan to use this for a mini vacation you'd probably have a small dog anyways since this would likely only be big enough for a hike for a big dog. A fun but totally irrelevant thing that I love is that each compartment fits enough stuff to perfectly fill each bowl! My only negative is the bowls that fold up and hook on the side are a slight annoyance as they flop all around so it would be nice if they had a little snap on spot on the bottoms as well. Overall I would definitely recommend!

I have a frenchie that goes everywhere with me so him having easy access to water as we're on the go is a huge deal and this makes that possible. It's super portable and holds a good amount of water for a small dog (I can see a bigger dog needing something more that this. It doesn't leak, and has been very durable especially rolling around the car.

I tell my husband this is the puppies overnight bag as it works great to throw their food in it and pour in the bowls when needed. We use one bowl for water and the other for their food. Little doggies so this is a perfect fit. Has been a good addition and good for a on the go family who never leaves the little ones home.

My fur baby has his own sports bottle. There are two separate compartments with separate spouts. One can be used for water and the other for food. There are also two separate bowls. The lid is watertight and food tight. This makes traveling with my fur baby much easier. It is functional and easy to use. And it matches my doggie’s travel bag.

This basically functions as a large sports bottle for your dog or other companion. It is two compartments with two separate spots. And it has two separate bowls.The eye popping color makes it easy to spot. It is water tight and food tight. But I prefer carrying it with double side of two different kinds of food.This is a wonderful addition to anyone who travels a lot with their canine or other companions. But this also includes a double bowl design that is collapsible with everything you need out on the road in a compact portable fashion. It's very functional and easy to use.

The bottle apparatus is very sturdy and separated into two halves - one for food, and one for water. The two "spout" lids are very tight and secure, so no worry about spillage. The cap that fits over the entire bottle apparatus snaps into place with these plastic clasps. It works fine, and as noted, is very secure, BUT, the hinges are literally folds in the plastic. From experience, anything built this way eventually wears out and breaks. Zoom in, take a look, and form your own opinion before buying, but my view is that the more you have to take the entire lid off, the closer you get to the lid breaking. Note, you do not have to take the entire lid off to refill the food or water - this can be done through the "spout" lids (assuming you are not using the plastic grid to lock the food into place on the food side). But, you DO need to take the entire lid off to clean it, and these plastic hinges do not inspire a lot of confidence. I might be worrying for no reason, but again, make your own judgement. The two collapsible bowls that come with the device are similar to bowls I already own, and they are of good quality. They have attachment clips that can hang from the center bottle device, so it's handy when you are on-the-go, but it is pretty weird in your hand, swinging all over the place like you have some strange nunchuks going on. That said, one great benefit is that the bottom of the little collapsible bowls show the image of a Chihuahua (or maybe a Papillon) inside. We have a Chihuahua so it makes everything that much better.This item is reasonable in price, works well, and makes a quick travel day really easy with your pup. The lid might break if you are not careful.
