This well crafted and premium version safety orange push block & stick set includes 3 push blocks ( one long and two short ) and 2 push sticks ( one straight push stick and one v stick ). The V-shaped push stick ( sometimes called a V-type push stick or v-shaped putter ) is great when extruding, or needing to exert a more detailed control on your work piece, or if needing to get really close to the blade. The push blocks ( often called push pads ) are essential for use on routers, jointers and table saws. The straight push stick is great for narrow stock or when space is limited.

I've recently acquired a table saw so I could cut acrylic sheets to make display cases. And while it wasn't difficult to move the sheets through the blade, I wanted something that gave me a better feel of pressure and direction to help keep things solidly against the fence.These seemed like they should do well, so I gave them a shot, at the price I figured if they didn't work well I wasn't out anything.Easy to grip, and the pads on the bottom do a great job of keeping a firm grip on the material as I move it through. I find it's easier to keep steady pressure in all the right directions and can move it more smoothly through the cuts now.

These will shatter if the touch a blade-- be forewarned. Wear PPE.I paent up, buying the GR-RIPPER, and using a wooden push stick instead. Feels a lot safer now

Please note* I’m not a professional just DIY er with some significant experience in certain areas. I am always skeptical buying anything tool related that’s sold online by an unknown brand. Usually Chinese made. A personal favorite YouTube carpenter and furniture maker did a review on this exact PowerTech set. He highly recommended them. I was still skeptical and always hated plastic push sticks. They always felt cheap and unstable. I usually used a scrap piece of wood or some object. It was always awkward, and often unsafe. These Powertech table saw tools shocked me. Very effective, strong, lightweight, and easy to use. These are excellent saw accessories. Especially for table saw (router table etc.) users.

Nothing wrong with them. Great price and they work fine. I don't have much else to offer, but they are a starter set and I just wanted to have "something" on hand. These are adequate. I've since purchased 2 other types. I also use a few of them on the router table. I just don't have any negatives so far...

For full disclosure, 3 days ago was my first time using a table saw, and after making some cross cuts, needed to get a taper cut.This jig was pretty easy to use, and most importantly it made my taper cut pretty feasible.The only issue I faced was that my workpiece was longer, and the jig, supported against the rip fence, was only supported only half way, had to very carefully support the piece on a jerry rigged extension, and push it through carefully.In any case, without this eminently affordable jig, I would have been at a loss as to how I was going to get a taper cut.I am wondering if the support that goes against the rip fence could be extended on the other side of the hinge, maybe 6 to 12 inches. That would not interfere with the operation of the jig I think.
