These have been pretty good for me and at the price there is no reason not to replace them often. I use them in my lawn tractor, small dirt bikes and more and overall they do exactly what they are supposed to by catching any little gunk that might be sucked up through the gas tank. Realistically they can last a long time if you have clean gas and a clean tank but they have a tendency to yellow over time making them hard to see through but there are ways to mitigate that.Pro-tip: A lot of people think it's the heat that yellows them and while this can be true over an extremely long period of time, what is really doing it is the sun! Combine the sun and heat from the motor they can even get brittle and yellow making it difficult to see if they are clogged and crack and leak. There are a few solutions people have come up with over time to stop this from happening but here is what works for me:1. Put plastic protectant on the outside (don't get it inside, really) and this stops the plastic from yellowing or deteriorating from the sun or the heat. There is no perfect brand of protectant or anything, I just use some 303 Marine Grade protectant and the things stay looking like new for years. It is way more likely to get clogged that get yellow and brittle and I can always see right through it even though mine sits out in the sun all day long. Any time you wash your machine or you have to wipe things off because they get caked with mud or dust, just shoot a tiny bit more on and bingo, they won't yellow or rot as fast.2. A friend of mine just puts a single spin of electrical tape over his and then yanks it off when he needs to check it. I tried this on a second lawn tractor I have and sure enough it looks brand new 3 years later. The only issue with this is of course the inconvenience of having to take off the tape real quick to check it and then spin some new stuff on so I usually just go with my first method.BTW: This is an old dirt bike trick about using protectant on things and every boat person knows it too. You'd be surprised exactly what strong UV light from the sun can break down. If you put protectant on things you can actually get them to last a lot longer than you think if they are exposed to the sun over and over. Armor All, 303, whatever, it all works and will save your stuff!

The product is fine, the shipping leaves something to be desired.They were packed in with a 6-8 pound UPS for my computer without anything in between.I supposed I wont know if they got cracked or damaged until gas spews out of them once installed.
