Product is pure crap . Minnows can swim in out nothing lines up ... unbelievable that we sell products like this had to use tie wraps to close it it if I wanted to catch anything ... would love to get ,my money back but probably won't be able to .....

Straight out of the box had spots on the galvanized wire mesh that are starting to rust, one of the hinges had broken away on one of its sides where you’re supposed to put the spring clip….or I’m guessing where the spring clip goes considering the included spring clip wasn’t included

It's great for catching minnows. You only need to add a rope and a couple of hooks so you don't have to worry about it rolling off into the ocean. I've caught hundreds of minnows and it this summer already.It has lots of unfinished edges that keep cutting my fingers.

Pure junk. Cheaply made. Sharp edges sticking out, actually cut me and drew blood. I’m not sure if this was a returned item sent to me or what, as it was all bent and didn’t even line up. Minnows can swim right out. Extremely disappointed

Like many products the overall build quality has decreased over the years. The material is thinner and the fit and finish poorer. That being said this trap is reasonably inexpensive and does work well.
