Solid and sturdy. Absolutely worth its money. Constructed so well you question why other brands with the same stats are trying to sell them for more.As a professional stylist I have all types of hair types that I deal with on a routine basis but these are my go-to shears for fine thin hair. It's my secret weapon for blending or even just removing bulk without leaving marks.They're so amazing that I've had numerous coworkers go out and purchase these exact ones.

Excellent for Dog Groomers. Verified buyer. I am a Dog groomer. Love this. Thin out dog's hair really well and easy to thin out hair. But go easy when you thin out the hair with this thinning shear.

I've been a professional groomer for over 40 years (😳), good equipment is very important. I also raise & show my own Scottish Terriers, where good equipment, especially scissors, are important too. These scissors are very sharp, I am not a professional groomer but I saw them on a YouTube video grooming a Yorkie which I have and they were advertised as blending shears. I wanted them to blend his head hair but I felt like they had too many notches in them to blend the hair on top of his head and the hair on the side of his head. They may be better off for blending parts of the body. As I said I'm not a professional groomer so keep that in mind. They are very nice shears that could be used for any part of the dog's body

Really well made thinning scissors, they are solid and don’t feel like cheap metal has been used, they are quite thick and don’t feel brittle as you are cutting your dog.They cut as the should and are nice and sharp, we have used them to cut and groom our dog and all went well, she looks great.Our dog is a small dog and they work nicely for her, they also look good, there is a red bead in the middle that does give the scissors an air of professionalism.We are not professional groomers but rather been forced to do it via lockdown over the past year so can’t day hope they rank against other professional scissors but in comparison to our old ones these are much much better.Really good scissors and well made

...between these and other scissors I have tried. Our lovely Cockerpoo Charlie is not keen on haircuts and because of lockdown etc, has been 'done' at home by my wife. As it was time for another haircut, these came at the perfect time.In use, because they are professional ones and because they are so well made and, because they are so sharp, they did a far better (and easier) job than before with the others scissors - I'm not talking about another pair, but pairs, several of them over the years - which only goes to prove, always go for quality. Oh yes, they 'feel' so much more comfortable in the hand too, more solid and a much better design of the handles.My wife is so much happier using these and as for Charlie, he was a bit less trouble too - he still doesn't like haircuts.

These scissors do work reasonably well but they were a bit stiff and my wee Border Terrier was initially a tad perturbed with the grinding noise they made because of the stiffness.They did the job in the end and I wouldn’t put anyone off buying them but they are on the expensive side at the current price of around £28.

Very pleased with this product. I have a fluffy Australian Shepherd and this easily and safely trims her fur in a beautiful way. I am not a professional groomer. Just looking to keep her butt area trimmed in between visiting the dog groomer. I feel comfortable trimming randomly and it looks good. Feels safe to wield and safe to cut her fur without fear of cutting her. When I opened the leather case it felt luxurious and top notch. I recommend.
