These chunkers are absolutely stunning. There is zero tension between the blades, zero snag upon closing and they melt off the hair like butter. I love these chunkers so much that after 3 weeks i got another pair just have and rotate between uses. Ive been a professional groomer for 15 years and i have never loved a pair of chunkers the way i love these ones. High quality and an amazing deal on the price. Im referring all of my groomer friends to have a pair of these.

Finger holes were to small, did not cut as good as a cheap set from Walmart. I will be returning.

These are very well made and also very sharp… My fur baby has a very thick coat that does not shed but he does get matted… He hates to be brushed but he does allow me to cut into the fur and into the mats and then I just gently pull out the fur cut by these scissors. Works well for us!

Honestly I was surprised that they worked well for cheap grooming scissors. Been grooming professionally for 16 years and was curious if they would work as back up shears. Time will tell to see how long they stay sharp. They seem pretty durable, but it does seem the straight shears feel strange when using, but worth the money paid.

I have a mini schnauzer, he's sooooo fluffy! With the groomers being closed due to covid again I wanted to trim and thin his coat for his comfort and hygiene. This scissor set is perfect. The scissors are noiseless, the thinning scissors do make a noise but it doesn't bother him because I'm not using them around his face. All are good and sharp and the tensioners work well. This set was worth the investment because we will now tody him up when otherwise we would have been booking him in at the groomers so I reckon we'll visit the groomer a few less times a year which will more than cover the cost of the scissors. Absolutely delighted with these.

I have been using these for a little over a month now. I have been pretty happy with them for the most part. I am a professional groomer with 20+ years of experience so I have a large shear collection ranging from super expensive to extremely affordable. These I like for every day use on the pets that I groom. I only have one complaint and that would be that after a month now they have basically gone dull and don't really cut, especially toward the tip. I will have them sharpened professionally and see how they hold up after that. For the cost they are worth it, especially if you are a groomer early in your career or a pet owner wanting to do your own home grooming.

I am still using these thinners after a month of purchasing so they work. But they do not have the nicest feel in your hand. They got a little dull quicker than I expected. But they work. They get the job and I groom 6 dogs a day 5 days a week so they get used a lot.
