This push up board was way cooler in person than I thought it would be! I gave this to my 16-year-old son, and he was so excited about this! He said he has seen these on Tik Tok all the time, and nobody can do 10 sets of each pushup because it’s too hard – so he has something to work towards! It’s very easy to move the bar around to do the different push-ups. It’s also very easy to understand where to move the pegs each time. Teens are very hard to buy for and this was a big hit – I highly recommend it! The price of this when I originally ordered this item was $15.99 and I feel like this is a great price for this! 5/5 stars for sure!

I've occasionally seen these boards and they've always interested me so I ordered this with high hopes. Upon receiving it and playing around with it to see if I would like it, I wasn't impressed at all. Like other reviewers mentioned, there's a strong chemical smell. I suggest leaving it outside a minimum of a few hours since this will be near your face for the workouts. The plastic felt flimsy and cheap. The board is in three pieces with the center piece acting like a hinge. I'm able to twist the entire board and feel like it wouldn't take much to snap it in half. The instructions sheet that came with it seem to be made in 5 minutes by an untrained teenager without editing. If you want to use any type of program for this, google is your friend. The bands are completely useless. There is no resistance to them from knee to above my head. I even tested them doubled up but it made no difference. That'd be fine if I could attach the bands I already owned but it won't. Finally, DO NOT use this on hard, smooth surfaces. Carpet would be great. My home gym has rubber mats and if you deviate from having your shoulders directly above your hands, you'll likely slip and hurt yourself.It's not all bad... the good that gives it 2 stars: The handle pieces fit snug in the holes. The instructions are on the board for quick reference. The colors are bright and clear. It's cheap enough to be a decent starter.

This is a push up board, it is useful for those that do not like having their hands flat against the ground while doing push ups (like me). As a product it is fine, but I took off 2 stars because of its nasty stench. I almost gagged when I first opened it, and this is something that will be near your nose when you do pushups so the smell is relevant. I hate that chemical smell, and it is not something that just goes away quickly. Aside from the smell the board is fine, the handles pop in relatively well and are firmly in and not loose. It comes with a little exercise/training sheet with a workout you can do (although it has a typo 'staet' instead of 'start'). It also comes with 2 resistance bands that attach to the board on each side with carabiners. These are very low intensity bands, so do not expect much from them. They can be useful for certain basics but not much more. But if you happen to have stronger bands that have a carabiner on them you can attach those to the board and use those. If you are sensitive to strong smells or chemical smells do not bother getting this, there are other brands and similar products.

This thing is pretty cool. it has no problem holding me and I'm 6'2 350. Lots of different settings for different muscle groups. Small enough you can store it out of the way when needed.

My son saw something similar to this on an unnamed social media platform of unknown origins, and asked if we could get one. I've been trying to gain back some muscle as well, and for whatever reason, pushups and my chest have always been more of a struggle than any other body part, so I thought this would be a good investment. And considering the price and functionality, I have no regrets.First and foremost, for me at least, this essentially gives you a comfortable and stable way to add a deficit to your pushups, meaning you get below the level you normally would. Not only does that increase range of motion, which I believe is important for functional strength and injury resistance, but it allows you to get more of a stretch at the bottom of the movement. That's significant because there is a growing body of research indicating that stretching a muscle under load is at least effective as the pushing motion, ensuring that you're creating the micro-tears that are part of hypertrophy. Adjusting the position of the pushup also allows different muscles and areas to be targeted by the exercise in a consistent and repeatable way.I find it important to consider the value proposition when reviewing items. This is a plastic board. It is stable, and I've not been concerned about it breaking on me. That said, it is not really a high end piece of equipment. I don't necessarily think it is going to last forever. The bands are pretty bad, but it is going to take awhile until we need those, and when we do, I have purpose-made bands that will be much better. It does feel cheap. But it's getting 5 stars, because it IS cheap. In other words, there aren't that many pieces of fitness equipment you can buy that open up a number of new exercise forms and optimize them pretty well. It has definitely improved my pushup game, and my son's. For me, this negates almost all of the shortcomings.I also should add, we didn't get one that had chemical smells, luckily. I don't doubt that it has happened to others, since that is sort of par for course with ultra-cheap imports.

I read somewhere that doing pushups improves your overall health so I wanted something that would assist me in doing pushups as I have no upper arm strength. This has really helped me as it’s made it easy and accessible for me to do proper pushups. It is compact and makes me want to work out! The value of this is priceless!
