Poor online instructions. They should have a video link for those who have limited knowledge on wiring. The plus are almost impossible to plug the wires in. If they had proper instructions i would have know to unscrew the box on the side of the plugs and hidden switch to make it easier to plug the wires in. I tried a model set up with just using the equipment i had bought before i attempted to put in my sons toy and could not get it to work properly. Plus i don't even know if this kit has a reverse function. The creator of this just needs to rethink the design and they might have a good product. I did like the size of the speed control though.

Bought a cheap powered truck for our boy, but the starting and stopping caused some concerns as the power was all or nothing. Installed the soft start/stop and all the head bobbing jerking is gone. The only regret I have, I didn't get the optional brake pedal.Would recommend this for anyone with a cheaper children's powered vehicle and some DIY skills.

I had to re-wire the granddaughters power wheel due to a short. I installed this with the Thumb Throttle Ebike: Electric Scooter Throttle, Ebike Throttle, 7/8inch (22mm). Now she can control the speed and I can set the max speed.
