I’ve used many sprinkler timers, and this one was by far the easiest to understand and set up. The controls are simple, and it works well for managing multiple zones. However, my concern is its durability—it's made of plastic, so I’m not sure how it will hold up over time, especially under outdoor conditions. Overall, it’s great for now, but I’ll be keeping an eye on its longevity.

I've never used a programmable timer for my garden but watering is starting to get overwhelming so I decided to give it a try. This was really easy to set up and program. I tested it out on manual and it works well with both zones on or one at a time. It doesn't have a days if the week schedule, but it can schedule to water every certain number of days. It set up easily and no leaks so far. Takes 2 AAA batteries.

Absolutely top notch. I'm very happy with the product. Setup was easy, the only thing that was a little difficult to figure out without the book is how to water manually. Just read the instructions, they're not hard. I mounted it to a t-post out by the vegetable gardens, and with its support post, it makes for a nice solid installation. Very happy, plus it comes with a 5-year warranty.

With multiple zones and watering multiple times a day, it's natural to forget sometimes, but this timer solves the problem.I can now set timer for multiple times of the day, for different duration. It's easy to water manually. I like the various options it gives, with different separate schedules for the time of day, day of the week, and an easy rain delay.

What a great device. Two outlets let me water for different times and locations. This is a great time saver, plant saver, sleep saver and money saver. No more getting up at 5 AM to turn on my drip lines then remember them three hours later with overwatered beds. It’s not that easy to program, but I finally figured it out. It works accurately if programmed correctly. I followed the advice of another reviewer and mounted it using a short length of hose on a T bar going to my vegetable garden. This is a great back saver too. This device is worth every penny. I’m getting another one for the front flower beds.

I’ve purchased several RainPoint timers in the last few years and have liked them all. Programming is straightforward, the dial is high quality, I’ve yet to have a screen fog up, and the battery compartment is nicely weather sealed with a gasket. I’ve tried three different timer brands and RainPoint is my favorite so far!

Well- made timer with easy programmability. The first one we received leaked at the water inlet. I tried all of the fixes recommended in the manual but couldn't resolve it. I then contacted customer service, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They looked into my issue and replaced the unit in TWO days. Who has customer service like that anymore? Outstanding service!
