The PCT-VC-5UN drop amps have a 2 way splitter incorporated on the RF input prior to the diplex filter which provides an additional port on the housing for the cable modem or eMTA connection that bypasses the amplifier circuit. This feature enables critical applications to not be affected by power outages or amplifier failures. PCT amplifiers feature a lightweight powder coated and weather sealed housing for superior corrosion protection. PCT amplifiers have precision machined F ports (conforms to SCTE standards) that have beryllium copper seizure mechanisms to provide optimal distribution and amplification of your RF signals.

Simple to connect, receiving clearer Channels on all the TVs in the homes. Prior to installation I was only able to connect two different TVs now Iām leaves all four.

I live in a condo and have digital cable tv in two rooms from Comcast. Some not all of the channels would occasionally show glitches and stuttering. After installing this, all stuttering was was gone. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Had a long cable run, this took care of the poor reception on a long cable run. And to my surprise when performing a network check compared to all other networks in my area, mine now is about 30% faster than all others.
