Buy from the manufacturer. Have had the battery a couple of weeks and though it shows 80% battery strength in the app, it’s ready to recharge after only 20 minutes. Durability, functionality and value for the money are not even worth the return…so they get away with selling crap on this platform.

The battery worked as expected. Doesn’t seem to hold a charge quite as well as original but for the money- it’s good deal!

Installation into my robot vacuum cleaner was quite easy. Just follow the instructions. Robot showed a good, but not a full charge when I finished installation. Don’t expect to get a full charge right after you receive the battery.

It fit's and works as it should. The old original battery would not charge to 100%, so it wouldn't get the signal to do its second run. Now it does.

I bought this in hopes of replacing my original Shark Battery since it was compatible and 1/2 the price.The original shark battery used to do 3/4 of my house on 1 charge. Over the years it has lessened to only doing the living room on 1 charge. While this battery is compatible, the charge does not last as I had hoped. Instead of doing just the living room, it now does the living room and 1/2 the dining room. Still not even 1/2 the house. The shark version came back in stock so I ordered that. I am back to getting 3/4 of the house done on 1 charge. With this product, you get what you pay for.
