Maybe at first it looks very odd. But it really gives my wrist support and makes hand-tilling so much more effective.

I love that I’m able to use my arm as leverage while digging. It is sturdy and the string cutter comes in handy. I would buy this again.

I need a 'hand spade' because I'd hurt my abdomen and found digging was causing pain. This little wonder solved that problem by allowing me to 'dig' whilst on my knees, effectively taking my stomach out of the equation. The second handle provides force and I've been digging up dock, buttercups, nettle etc. with ease. It's helped that the ground is wet, and I wouldn't want to force it in dry ground, but It's so much better than a trowel alone.

I know it is not intended for de-thatching grass, but I just flipped it over & reach forward & rake it back toward me. It takes up leaves & old grass without up rooting the good St. Augustine.

Love this. The design gives extra power to your digs. It's a little wider than some which with the arm leverage really works well. Goes thru heavy dirt easily. Cutting edge on side and tip for roots. Has measure lines for spacing and depth. 3 different ways to hold it. Vertical handle is great for weaker wrist . Tool is solid. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

The trowel has been a lifesaver as my wife and I have planted over 200 linear feet of planters over the weekend. The 2nd grip has been great for breaking into packed earth and shoveling. One minor gripe is that the curved forearm rest is a hard plastic with sharp edges, this normally isn't an issue during occasional use, but after hours, the hard plastic edges can dig into your forearms and cause discomfort. A silicone-covered piece of plastic with softer edges might help alleviate any fatigue issues that the hard plastic causes.

Ver ergonomic to use and design allows one to apply force to roots to dig them out. Unfortunately the material is not very strong it bent the second time I tried to use it to pull out a small clump of stubborn grass.

I like the ergonomics of this tool. I have used it only to transplant young plants thus far, but am sure I will have the opportunity to use other aspects of this tool later this season.

Bought this as a gift for my dad and his exact words were “ you know those things you see on the internet or as seen on tv that seem like they are great but don’t work, this is exactly the opposite. I can dig hole easier and deeper than my old trowel and it definitely lives up to the hype”
