Received item today 02/10/25 Assembly was simple, and material is solid. If I was to purchase a replacement I would. Only wish instead of a bolt and wing nut for the adjustable stabilizer, it would be more user friendly to have a ball pin lock.

Installed this on my extension ladder and hooked it over my roof peak. Roof is 12/12 so it's steep enough to be sketchy and a pain to stand on. With my ladder laying flat and the hooks over the peak it was easier, safer and way faster to do the work on my roof. Now I'm comfortable enough to be on the roof and don't have to hire the job out. Item quality is good and assembly is easy.

I use this roof ridge ladder extension with wheel for safety and I feel that this makes my ladder much more stable and helps me stay safe getting on my roof for repairs and inspection, this is a nice safety addition everyone should use with their ladder.

I'd been wanting a roof hook for my ladder for some time and jumped at the chance to review this one. It does have quite a few parts but is easy to assemble. Once on the ladder it makes it WAY more secure when climbing up to the roof which is it's purpose after all. Love it!
