Live in a private gated community. After hours entry for nonresidents required a keypad code. Had several issues with the local private ambulance company. Installed these devices on both gates, work perfectly. Police and fire are very happy with the devices and they work perfectly.

Replaced a SOS system that was aged and someone failed to shield while welding above. Priced well below a replacement SOS and every easy to setup. Great feature of how long gate stays open for. Kit including yelp CD and couple of placards that others want to charge $ for

I installed it on my gate and it picked up the siren sound perfectly. The only problem is it only open one side of the gate. After several days of troubleshooting and no results when talking to the company I figured out it was the hold open function. For some reason the full voltage was not passing through the relay. Once I turn the hold time to zero it work fine. Hope this helps.

Detects the yelp sound but no other siren sounds. Had to put it in loud continuous sound open mode to ensure EMS activation.

We live in a gated community with 15 residential properties. Two thirds of the residents are 65 plus and several have significant health issues. We have recently had at least two incidents where emergency service vehicles were delayed getting thru our gates. The instructions for entry are there with a phone system for entry and we annually remind them of their codes for entry.We’re looking for a better solution and one of the residents found the Siren activated gate opener. It’s very easy to install ( 4 wires and 3 screws ). We tested them with a boom box first and then with a fire truck. They both worked like a charm.

Everything went fine ,easy to program and install,so far so good ,haven’t really tested since installed,I saw the unit trip but the gates are on a timer but it’s been in for over a week and it is a municipality so I’m sure I would have heard from the customer as to my wife also works there
