I was going about 25mph on my Electric Unicycle (EUC) and fell arms forward and slid about 2 car lengths, spinning around until I sat up straight. I scratched up my helmet and had whiplash for days. My helmet camera was bent a little forward at the hinge but otherwise, this stayed on securely and I just had to tighten and straighten the camera back up.My only complaint was that it came with these little circle sticky plastic things and didn't explain what it was. After using Google Lens to search, it came up that these were spacers to stabilize and reduce shaking if you put them in the gaps of the hinge. I really had to wedge them in so not sure if that's right but my camera mount is secure and stable.Tip: Make sure you screw the camera on first and check which way is forward. I didn't think ahead and just stuck it on. Good thing I have a 360 camera but the lens does face sideways instead of forward.

The flexible base allow me to installed this where the hard plastic GoPro style mounts (flat or curved) just didn't work. I did let it sit over night to allow adhesive to set before using. The footprint is different so tough call if takes up more surface area overall or not.

Cleaned the helmet with rubbing alcohol first then warmed up the helmet and gopro mount with blow drier. Used for several months now and still mounted perfectly

Don’t waste your money. I took care to thoroughly clean my helmet before adhering. Let the helmet sit until the next day. Went to ride with my insta360 on the unicorn pole. First issue was that the nut pushed right out as I was screwing the screw in and that was about impossible to get back on. Then I head out for a short ride. Halfway through, the mount comes completely unstuck and falls. Luckily, I grab the camera before it hits the ground and I have a trashed camera. Upon inspecting further, the sticky part is barely sticky. Do not trust this junk to hold your expensive action cams! I’ve been using the mounts that came with my unicorn pole for years with no issue. I wish I could buy more of those because I only received two and was adding a mount on a 3rd helmet. These did not work for me.

We started using 360 cameras to document our job sites. I wanted to find a mount that would easily go on our hardhats so we didn't have to use a pole. This mount did everything we needed, easily and securely mounting to the curved surface of a hardhat. If you need something similar, I would recommend.

Completely useless. Does not perform at all as advertised. It comes back to it's original flatness when you bend it to a surface and the adhesive is so weak that it doesn't event keep it in place for a minute

me agrado mucho, lo uso en el casco de la moto para portar mi gopro max 360 y la verdad que la mantiene estable, al principio pense que la camara se caeria por la velocidad pero no. Si lo recomiendo!
