Muy buena calidad. Solo que según entendí en la descripción del producto, la caja tendría iluminación interior y no la traia.

Purchase this unit a few days ago after doing quite a bit of research - was really hard to decide where I wanted to mount it - also which company - also which unit - I read an incredible amount of reviews and decided to go with this unit - purchased the one for two guns and the LED light inside.Product arrived in perfect shape condition - was very easy to set up and install - just read the directions - Finally chose to make it easy access for myself and through bolted it with backing plates to one of my dressers. These dressers are made of hard woods and very solid. I am a revolver guy, I currently am storing two J-Frame revolvers, one with a 2" barrel and the other with 3" with some ammo for quick access - I could fit larger revolvers easily . Unit seems very solid and heavy - If I come up with contrary information later down the road I will surely post updates. Sincerely , Mark C.Ok!!!!! Please note !! This is an update to my first review written above - Now 19 months later I'm happy to report I still have flawless operating conditions with my safe - as well as - I'm still on the first set of batteries installed - probably pushing that - will be changing them out - my point is - the safe has worked for me perfectly - the only difference over the last 19months is I have changed as you can tell from the pictures from carrying revolvers to pistols. My three primary carry pieces fit perfectly in this safe along with back up magazines for each underneath the pistol. Sig P238 , Sig P938, S&W Shield M2.0 … Great product Senty - thank you. Mark C.

This is an amazing and solid pistol safe. I have a Beretta and I appreciate the spacious compartment locking it down. I love that there are also keys that come with the numeric pad-locked safe. The keys are not those crappy quality ones where they will break on you and you will be screwed. They are cylindrical-shaped keys. There are two holes at the base of the safe, allowing you to anchor it to the floor or desk, etc. Resetting the number combination on the unit was a little tricky for me however. The instructions did not help me find the reset button. Basically you have to insert the batteries and then (before putting the dongle back into the safe) run your finger along the inner side and feel for a small button to press. I thought the button was on the dongle that you insert the batteries into, but it is not. Be very careful with how you handle that by the way. You do not want to accidentally tear out the wires. Be gentle with it. But the reset button should be along the inner wall of the safe that is directly underneath the number pad. Though the angle was really bad, I needed a flashlight to help shine more light so I could see how big/small this button was. Once you find it, follow the instructions normally. In order to use the electronic combination, you need to first "wake it up." If my combo was 2-4-1-3 (key placement- actual keys are not numbered or marked) then you would first have to press one of the buttons (any button) to activate it- then punch in your code. The safe itself is very strong. Nice thick walls and pry-bar proof. I am very pleased with it. The bottom is padded which is nice but the side walls are not. Since I anchored it down to my desk I don't have to worry about my gun banging around inside. But if you are planning on moving this safe around a lot, you may want to improvise and cut-out/ glue some soft foam to line the sides with. Feel free to ask questions in the comments section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

This is one great pistol safe and it is a good small safe for personal valuables. There are 4 buttons on it to open it, but you can choose 4 or 5 or 6 buttons in your code sequence, which is misleading to a would be curious person trying to open it. The safe only holds one pistol, I have a colt 1911 in it with a magazine, this is an airsoft gun, but it is a PTP, same size, look and feel of real steel. The safe has a quiet gas opening piston, it is not whisper quiet, but it is silent enough if you have your hand on the lid as it is pushed open from the piston. Room for an iPad mini in there, money, ID, etc. It has a pair cylinder keys that open the safe no matter the code. I have it bolted down in a hidden desk drawer, it is even safer that way, out of sight, out of mind.

First review Aug 2013, update 1/2021. Here is my experience after using two of these for over seven years. It has two quirks: It has a slight vampire drain on batteries. You can solve this one of two ways, either hardwiring it to a common available and cheap USB source or any 5 volt DC wart, or, replace batteries twice a year no matter whether you think you need to or not, and if you use it for daily carry, replace them maybe every four months.Second quirk is gas strut that opens heavy door. On the one I use every day I have had to replace gas strut twice since 2013. On the other one gas strut went for eight years. The good news is 7" extended and 5 1/8 compressed with 18 lbs of force are two for ten bucks on the bay and two for 13 bucks or so here. It takes about two minutes to unscrew the one in there (by hand, you need zero tools) and screw in the new strut. Now this is NOT a superhigh security device. But no small quick access pistol safe is. No matter what you hear, none are. The ballyhooed fort knox now has half a dozen easy exploits. All small to medium safes can be opened by a teen with access to youtube or even a 70 IQ burglar with a prybar. These give you legal protection and keep away the noisy people, and work for younger kids. What I love about this safe is it is hands down the fastest and most likely to open on the first try with the buttons alone -- in total darkness as well -- of any quick access safe. Speed and certainty MATTER. The data show that homeowners have only a few seconds to get to their firearm in many break ins, assaults', burglaries turned into home invasions etc.here is how you set this up for ultra quick and certain button push access: Set your combo to four pushes of a single button. Say 4-4-4-4. OK so on this safe the first press doesn't count. It only lights up the buttons. so if you can put your palm anywhere on the top front of this safe you are going to light up the all buttons. At that point you can see the fourth button, it is just the last button on a line of four illuminated buttons. Just start pressing it. If you press it four times, five times, ten times, it doesn't matter it is going to open.In fact if you press the three button twice to start by accident, if you just move over to the 4th button and start mashing it, the safe is going to open. So you do not have to wake up startled at 3am by a home invader in your home and wait to start all over if you press one wrong button. Just get right over over to whatever button you picked for your sequence and start tapping it. If you press #2, and then #2 again by accident, and then press #4 button any amount of times, at least four times or more, it will open!Just make sure to maintain this like any major safety tool, like your smoke alarm or fire extinguisher. If you notice lid starts to get slow, then order up a a new strut or two and get it in there. If you hear the solenoid latch click start to get softer or slower sounding replace the batteries with new Duracell's. Or even if you use it just once a week, replace batts at six months.
