This is a perfectly fine transciever.Works out of box.Locks in fine.LC cable locks fine.Data rates are good.Just make sure your switch isn't one of those that locks you to specific SFP adapters, or this won't work.

Not much to say on this one. I plugged this into a generic 2.5g/10g switch, ran the optical cables over to a PC with another similar SFP+ 10G module in it, ran some speed tests and got results that show that it delivers around 9.4G to 9.6G (with overhead) on the network.

The 10GBase SR connected to LC cable with zero issues, it fix perfectly even after half a dozen disconnects, and remounts. Some of these SFP+ modules get screwed up from frequent remounts, I've even had one get stuck destroying the switch!The construction is a little better than average with screws instead of rivets, and a solid pivot bar.I'm getting full 10G transfer.The price is particularly impressive since at time of review it's $9.55 with a 15% coupon making it only $8.12, which is definitely the best price I have ever seen for a 10G SFP+ SR module!

These work as well as my other 10Gb module in my Zyxel switch. I've been using it for a few weeks now without any problems.Being new to networking I only recently found out that you have to have the same speed module on each end of the fiber, 10Gb won't connect to 1Gb.

The YunvoFib 10GBase LR Duplex SFP+ delivers as advertised. I'm in the process of upgrading my home network to fiber. I plugged this transceiver into my switch, plugged in the fiber, and it connected immediately. This seems like a very well built transceiver on the outside. Hopefully what is inside is the same quality. Time will tell.At the time of this review the YunvoFib 10GBase LR Duplex SFP+ was selling for $12.22 with a 15% Coupon making the total price $10.39. This is the lowest price I recall seeing for a 10GBase SFP+. As of right now I would for sure order more of these when needed.

This worked on an off-brand (read, cheap) 10G SFP+ switch I purchased here on Amazon, when connected from that switch to my computer using a Mellanox 10G SFP+ PCI-E card.Speeds are good, connectivity was easy, and I will absolutely buy more of these because of the price.

This is a generic multi-mode SFP+ fiber transceiver module. If your NIC or switch isn’t picky about brands, then it should work fine. I didn’t have any issue in an x520 card, however my card has the brand compatibility check disabled.The construction and form is like others as expected.
