The chair I received is great. The first one I ordered is lost in shipping and nobody seems to care. I got zero help from Amazon or USPS. What good is a tracking number if you're not going to track a package to find where it is? None of these people were willing to put forth any effort to find out what is going on. I am glad I ordered early so I had time to get a second order. This is for a person that had knees replaced. That didn't seem to matter either. The chair gets five stars, the service gets negative five.

It took two of us to read instructions and put together. Great with the arms.

My shower room is really narrow. My house is really old and almost 100 years old. The interior space layouts and designs are not quite meet the current standard. Therefore I need a really narrower shower seat. I am using the shower seat is because I am having my inner ear and I will have hard time to balance my self. My blood pressure is also low, my doctor suggested me I better sit down during the shower time. This shower chair is very basic, the seat is flat, no wavy design for comfortable seating. But it’s only one will fit my small shower room.

Very easy to put together. Loved the ends on the screws- made it so easy to twist, no tools required! Only wish arm supports could be adjustable.

The Shower Chair with Arms is good for those with big enough bathtubs to hold it. I have two bathrooms. The first tub is a very large, 50-year-old tub. The chair fits it perfectly. The second is a newer but much smaller tub for an older person. It fits but has a wobble. The chair appears to be sturdy aluminum and feels durable. The feet don't slip and the seat surface is textured (someone with sensitive skin issues might not like that). The seller for us was the armrests and it sits close to the handrails on the tub. After using it for a few months, it has cleaned well and withstood disinfectant. It was easily put together and easy for us and our elderly and disabled household members to move. So far, no rust or discoloration is present.Nice chair for those with large enough tubs and showers to accommodate it.Assembly is quick and straightforward, and the chair is lightweight enough to move as needed. Overall, it’s a reliable, safe choice for enhancing bathroom accessibility!

I have bad knees so I had hoped this chair would make showering easier on me. While assembling the chair, the legs wobble and you can't tighten the screws enough to change that. The pipes that hold the back on, should have indentions where they meet up with the legs, but instead, they have you joining 2 rounded pipes together. Then the arms just slide on and there is nothing fastening them to the chair, and that results in the arms being very loose. It is relatively stable once you're seated, but using the arms to stand up, is not stable at all. The arms when you apply weight to them, rock around. I am still pretty ambulatory, but I have days where my knees just don't want to co-operate. On those days I need handles, or something to hold to stand up. I do not feel comfortable using the arms of these chairs to stand. I would not recommend this to someone who has even worse mobility than I do, I would be afraid that the chair could topple over.As a shower chair, this would be suitable if you didn't have any medical issues, but I would not consider this to be a good medical shower chair.
