Only had it on my boat cockpit one month and condensate built up inside of glass; worse than the one it replaced. The good news is there was so much moisture that just tapping it cleared my view. Maybe they should consider drilling a drain hole at the bottom if they can't make it water tight? Too late for a refund. . . I'll drill the hole.

Gave it 2 stars because it may work good (have not hooked up yet) just mounted it in instrument panel and after one day built up condensation inside the meter and can not read the hours. Useless if I can't read it.

Works as advertised, but the white case is stamped metal and painted which I am leery of in a salt water environment. The paint chipped off of the folded under portion of the instrument. I sealed it with marine caulk when I installed it to help prevent rust.
