This is my 3rd) Ten 4 tec harness. I know what that sounds like but I can honestly say they take so much abuse and keep on kicking. The only reason I've replaced the previous ones is ive burnt through the zipper because I wear it while welding & grinding no fault of the product it's not what they are meant for. The radio retention is great and the bungee straps along the harness straps are great for holding the antenna back when working in awkward positions. Has tons of room for my phone, a note pad, pens, a knife, electrical tape, earplugs and any other misc small items you like to have on you at all times.

It's not their fault. It is advertised as for people acting as an IC. The problem is that it's sized mostly for an iPad or papers. You can't easily fit a flashlight compass, gloves etc and paperwork. I'd love a version where the main pouch is 1.5" deep/wide. Also it's not amazing at holding larger motorola radio's.Almost perfect for me. Just needs a bigger main pocket and could stand to hold larger radio's

This is a very nice harness!Radio pocket holds my Motorola perfectly without any slop or being too night.I really like the pouch - nice size for all your important notebook, pens, small snacks, etc. The Velcro on the front is a nice touch to add name tag or call sign ID.

It’s clearly well made with durable materials. The stitching is solid, and the design features like the MOLLE-style Velcro and elastic loops for antennas are thoughtful touches that enhance functionality. It securely holds my equipment, which is essential. The pouch is handy for small items, though I wish it were a bit larger to accommodate more gear. However, the fit is where I run into issues. The shoulder straps have limited adjustability, which makes it uncomfortable for bigger men/women. I found it challenging to achieve a good fit, especially when loaded with gear. For the price—$145.99—I expected more flexibility in sizing. While I appreciate the quality, I can’t help but feel there are better options out there for less money. Overall, it’s a decent harness, but be aware of its limitations in adjustability and size before making a purchase. If comfort and customization are priorities for you, it might be worth exploring other choices.I hope you find this review helpful in making an informed decision. Your feedback is always welcome.Cheers,Straight Shooter
