The actual screen was better than expected. The installation was simple, the finished product looks fabulous. Easy function manually opening and closing the screen as the overhead track by design makes it simple to open screen partially or fully. I recommend this affordable solution for keeping bugs out and ventilating your living space. The screen is easily removed for storage during the fall and winter months if you choose to do.Customer Service is excellent and undoubtedly ready to resolve your inquiries, issues if any exist (kudos).

Hello! I loved your product. I have been looking for a mesh screen for the garage door to allow me to access to drive in and out with ease and stay in the garage without the outside elements getting in.However, I sent Amazon an email informing them of my concern. I assumed I sent you the information as well. When I followed up because I had not received a response, Amazon informed me that you did not receive my information.Unfortunately, the mesh screen is ripped at the seam of one of the many folds and shows stress in other folds. I was concerned because the information regarding the quality of the product states that it is tear-resistant, and I was a little set back that it was shipped to me in that condition. Much more than that, it was the reviews from your previous customers that convinced me to purchase your product. This is why I am contacting you to see how this matter can be resolved. Bought this due to the cicada invasion that was coming. Installed easy and works great. We have had it about a month an no issues. When sliding open the first time, some of the clips got stuck in the rail but now they slide easily across the entire rail. Great quality for the price. Only comment would be the weights on the bottom to keep it held down are not as strong, could use more bottom weights, but we simply put a small piece of wood across the bottom and that keeps it it from blowing in with the wind. Love it and recommend it to keep the air flowing and the bugs out!

Purchased this for my husband. It installed easily. We appreciate how it slides open. The Velcro on the sides works really well. It's great being able to leave our 2 car garage door open to let fresh air in while keeping the bugs out.

This is a decent product. The only issues I have with it are: 1) There are only 34 snaps on the screen. The instructions say to install 35 slider snaps in the rail, and there are also two fixed end snaps. I assumed there would be 37 slider snaps on the screen. Instead, I have the two fixed end snaps empty and one slider snap empty. 2) I wish the top of the screen above the snaps was a bit taller so the screen could cover the top gap and lay flush against the rail when pulled tight. There is about 1/4" open air gap at the top of the screen when pulled tight. 3) I can't seem to find replacement parts anywhere. I wish this company sold extra slider snaps. I foresee my young kids and the wind breaking these small plastics parts in the future. 4) The bottom weights aren't all that heavy, if you don't have the screen pulled tight and fixed on the velcro, the screen moves quite easily with a gentle breeze.Other than those minor issues, the screen is quite nice. The screen seems to be made of pretty good material. I plan on installing a fascia board across the front of my garage to completely hide the rail and slider snaps soon to give it a nice finished look.
