Easily installed with (new) bumper on my truck. Installed in less than 10 minutes. The bumper clamp is a little tricky. I installed the clamp from the license plate side of the bumper without much trouble.

I replaced my bumper with and after market bumper.. and also replaced this Item... when trying to get the holding ring on.. I don't know if was cause the new Bumper was thicker or the Item slot was thinner.. but took a bit to get on, but finely got it.. the angle of the Item is slightly off also... but fits just like a OEM one
