I've been using this for only one week and it's amazing. I am so sore already and can already see my legs and derrière starting have a lift and have more definition. It's so convenient to use while watching TV. Instead of sitting there snacking while watching TV I can do something that will help me lose weight and shape up! Win, win!

Easy to put together and light enough to move around. FYI the screws are screwed into the parts already. I was worried it wasn’t going to hold my weight but it’s sturdy!! I like using it while watching tv and it’s perfect and comfortable. I like that it also works out my arms, which I really enjoy. Folds up nicely but haven’t really put away yet. Lives behind my couch perfectly so I can watch tv. This is a great gift idea as well for the holidays!
