Works great but would strongly recommend having someone with small hands help… T-harness was a pain to plug back in.

I have normal sized hands and ended up having to remove the lower air bag at the minimum to get the wire harness plugged back in.I did not unplug the battery and had no issues.Love the auto start, totally worth it, just sucks the engine turns off when any door is opened.Minus 1 star for misleading easy install.

Okay, it works and the install probably would be easier but I'm a 6'4" powerlifter so getting under the glove box for me was......... Uncomfortable.I would definitely recommend a pair of long needle nose pliers as it was the only way I could fit my hands up there to disconnect the harness. Once that is done and you connect the new harness, which again is where those pliers came in handy, your 5 minutes from being done completely.I do notice that my Toyota app no longer shows me the status of my truck, like the tire pressure and if the doors are locked, so I'll just have to learn how to cope with that kind of disappointment. But now I don't have to pay Toyota 80 bucks a year for a feature that was already in my truck.

This was a great buy. Let's me start my truck when it is really cold out so it can be toasty when I get in. I like that the doors stay locked once started. Range is great also. Tried it from my office to the other end of my parking lot and it started without issue.The only problem I ran into is unplugging and plugging in the harness. It was way to tight for me to do it so I took out my glovebox to access the plug. Other than that it was an easy install that works perfectly for me. I don't think I could live without it now.

This remote starter is the easiest upgrade to my truck. Took about ten minutes to install and works great. Highly recommend it to anyone else. 👌
