Quite accurate, easy-to-read markings, great price, and easy to carry. Highly recommended.

With the help of a few guitar setup videos, this gauge was easy to use to setup up a guitar. The dark background and clear white lines & lettering were easy to read. Is also purchased one of the less expensive radius gauge sets and a feeler gauge set I already owned to get the guitar playing great.

Measured 1mm thick, like the white on black lettering. Nice "leather" case. Even included a few picks.

This is a quality tool as far as I can tell, but I’m no expert on guitar tools. As such, my opinion on the quality should be taken with a grain of salt, but below I will list what I noticed about this tool.Pros:-Accurate measurements. I measured this with my caliper, and every measurement I checked (string action height blocks, and all the final millimeter marks) was spot on.-All the marks are etched into the metal, so they shouldn’t be able to wear off-No sharp edges-Metal is thin, but sturdy enough that I shouldn’t be able to accidentally bend it.-This comes with 3 guitar picks, which are a good additionCons:-Lettering is kind of small, and could be hard to read for some. I guess this is to be expected though, since it’s not much bigger than a credit card.

Easy to read and use. Great quality at a good price if you just need it for your own guitar neck adjustments, but I would say that it's great quality at a GREAT price if you plan to use the tool professionally as a luthier.

When I ordered this it was as a first tool to work on my own guitar necks. I have another couple that were ok, but I didn't trust their accuracy. I ordered this one and received it in a real leather case with a snap. The tool itself is very high quality and appears to be accurately marked. The upside is it is black on both sides which should make it easier to see string height. Overall it's a very nice tool and well worth the money. Also, it actually includes a microscopically printed sheet of instructions and "how to use" info. Very nicely done, and not a huge problem since I have some magnifiers. Top quality. ;-)
