Surprisingly fun to close. I will say my metal prongs came bent however they did provide a second set and even if they are bent still works just as well. They include a magnet to stick it to the side of my Bambino which is a small but great touch so it stays out of the way.

In my experience, any WDT is going to do the trick, you really don’t need to spend much in one to get the benefits this type of accessory provides. That said this thing is extremely satisfying to use, has a robust build quality, and has easily become one of my favourite puck preparation accessories.

So I have quite a few WDT tools and I really didn’t need another one, but this was priced relatively affordably. Normally you pay around $10, and this is x 3 the price, but I’ve had a good experience with most of Subminimal products and I thought I’ll try this out.This comes with slightly thicker stock needles, but they give you three extra pairs of needles ( actually hairpin style ones) which are a little thick and can be replaced with included tool and a Philips screw driver, which I did immediately because the included needles on the device are too thick.The needles are actually a curved hairpin style, so you can’t pull them out like regular WDTIt’s really well made , it has a magnetic design , I found the magnetic puck mechanism inside while changing the stock needles -that helps it to flick out on a button, press and flick in when you justturned it upside down and it’s really satisfying to use. I see what people mean when it’s a really good fidget spinner kind of relaxation tool.In addition they give you a magnet that you can stick on the wall, a very well made heavy stand and the device itself is magnetic. So you really don’t need these attachments, but they give them to you ,anywayAnd it’s all in a nice presentation box. So this will be an excellent gift for somebody who is down the Coffee rabbit hole because it’s made really well and works well.

I'm a home barista/coffee microinfluencer ("Issi Coffee") and had the opportunity to try the Flick WDT. My review is not sponsored, thoughts are my own!All around the Flick is well-made and extremely simple to use. It comes assembled with needles in place, as well as some extras for future. Also comes with a stand for quick access, or a magnetic wall mount if you prefer that. The button-triggered needle release is super simple, and just flip upside down to retract by an internal sliding magnet mechanism. Really straightforward!I've liked the needle diameter on this tool – stiff enough to do the job without causing more clumping, and not so thin and weak that it doesn't hold up to the coffee. Great puck prep tool, definitely recommend.Bonus: excellent for travel given the full needle retraction, no concerns of bending those!

This a really good product for any budding home barista.It is really easy to use and is very solid and well built for the price. It is functional and just the right weight without been too heavy/light.It has really improved my puck preparation and my espresso massively! I also really like the little storage/magnet which comes with both adhesive pads and magnets for flexibility.Highly recommend.

I got this WDT tool because for some reason my cat likes to jump onto my coffee station and chew on my old WDT tool, which was a standard Normcore one with exposed needles. The ability for this to retract the needles is ingenious and keeps them clean and undamaged in case the tool is accidentally dropped. Furthermore, the mechanism is very fun to fidget with and works incredibly well. Highly recommend it!

Broke after about 5 months of daily use.Nice design and materials, but often the needles become stuck and require you to take it apart and clean it. A little over priced considering how long it lasted.

وصلني مع عيب في زر الادخال مو شغال ويحتوي على صوت بالداخل كأن فيه شي مكسور وطبعاً هذا صوت الرخص معروف، ما انصح فيه بحكم تجربتي السيئة وحتى لو وصلني سليم ما استبعد بعد يوم يومين يخرببيتم طلب الارجاع وبكل فخر وامتنان
