This is my forth buy on this type of heater (now have 3). This one for the price point is probably the best. The WORST ONE was a different brand and almost caused a fire! This one lights easily, I use an old barbecue type lighter that has no flame but gives off a spark which is all you need. The heads swivel to direct the heat to where you want it For ease in lighting and price would recommend.

Really wished it had an electric starter. Sometimes can be pain to get lite up and can flash burn you if you do not watch it.Does really heat up nice.

Providing a review of both product but more importantl seller.Upon receipt of the package we installed and began to light as per instructions with the package.Product got really hot during ignition, and we were happy, until we let go of ignition.. product stayed on for about 5 seconds then shut off. This was repeated multiple times, until we decided to contact manufacturer (not seller) and continued to light with their assistance on the phone.After if didn't work we requested a refund from seller, and they responded with assistance of their own for which we were grateful.After multiple more times of attempting to get it working the seller offer refund and choice of shipping.Now although the product didn't stay lite (likely the case with only 0.01% of units) we are sure if it had worked we would have been more than happy with it.The seller, was standup and although I have yet to receive a refund as the conversations are quite recent I have no doubt it will go through without a hitch given their excellent customer service thus far.
