Well made, fit perfectly on the bar, locking tab easy to open and close. Love them....compared to the spring type I've always had!

Had to buy a new collar because my heavy-duty plastic one broke when trying to clamp it onto a sleeve that was a tiny bit thicker than normal. The Synergee Collar went on smoothly and locked tightly. It also looks great with my red and black equipment. It's a good collar at a great price. I definitely recommend it.

Not much to say, it’s a collar. It fits perfectly for Olympic bars and comes on and off rather effortlessly. The cam is tensioned nicely, neither too easy or too hard and it has a thin dense foam liner that grips well and compresses just the right amount for a secure fit and perfect tension on the cam. The funky design is actually so you can hook your fingers and just push the cam over. Very quick and efficient.

I've had these for a few years and they won't slip off the barbell but they hold on really tight so don't try to yank them off, pull gently. They will stand out from other clamps used in gyms which is good. I have enjoyed these.

I looked into getting the Rogue Barbell Clips, but couldn’t justify the $70+ price tag. I found these and decided to try them out. I’ve been using them for about a month now, with deadlift and squat days. They hold extremely well, not budging with 450 lbs on the bar (deadlift or squat), haven’t tested above that yet. I’ve used them for power clean as well, and they haven’t budged even when dropping the bar a good couple feet.Only downside is that I wish the plastic lever was aluminum as well, and I wish they made a simple simplistic design without the wave like curves. But other than that, they’re fantastic and a I use them almost everyday.

After breaking a plastic pair of clips with less than a year of use I went searching for a more durable set. These looked good as they were metal and still quick open and close. Unfortunately they are not 100% metal-the most fragile part is plastic. Otherwise an average set of clips. Three stars because very expensive for just another set of plastic clips.

Well made of anodized aluminum, these collars are solidly built and have excellent holding power. After several weeks of use, I'e seen no failures in materials or workmanship to speak of, only a few minor gripes perhaps based in personal preference. Reading some reviews, there is concern over the plastic lever breaking and I can see where the lever is quite thin at the base where it engages with two pins to cam the collar open or shut. Perhaps over time, this thin material may prove to be the weak point but so far so good. Regarding fit, the collars are very snug on my Rogue Echo bar (which has ribbed sleeves) and on my inexpensive overseas made no-name bar (smooth sleeves). The fit is so close to the diameter of the sleeves on both bars that pulling them off by hand is a bit irritating as the collar rubber catches on the sleeve and skids its way off. Pushing the collars off by using the plates to keep them square to the sleeve facilitates smoother removal. They fit a bit looser on my Synergee trap bar, which I expected to be the case. My last gripe is the pinwheel shape of the collar. It looks cool and is rather novel, but proves awkward in use. It feels very weird to grip the collar to lock down the lever, I don't know where to put my fingers or how to squeeze. Unnatural even, like when a dog walks for the first time in booties. But, I suppose I've gotten used to it. Overall, seems like a decent value for the money but there are other collars out there that feel better in use and are less fiddly to remove from the sleeve. I suppose I would recommend these but with the caveat that they look slightly better than they perform. Arrived on time and packaged well.

These were great for about a week or two. I bought 13 pairs for my gym and within the first month, the rubber was coming out of multiple units, I glued them back in myself. Then within he first 6 months, multiple units would not close or open properly. I have not even had them a year yet and I'm already trying to replace the lot of them. Same your money and shop elsewhere. The cheap plastic ones I had previously ordered held up better and longer than these.

Easy to use, work better than any plastic collars I have purchased and have been durable. Great for horizontal bar work. The only downside is that they will not hold 50 lbs per side on my dumbells when raised vertically. I have to use screw-down collars for that

I wasn’t sure about purchasing these collars but for the price I thought I’d give them a try. I’m glad I did! My wife has a pair of OSO collars and these work just as well for a third of the price. They grip the bar well and never slip. If you are on the fence, just buy them! They are and excellent product at a great price.

Ive had the synergee aluminum collars for a a few months now and i am very happy with the product. Although this product is one of the more expensive collars out there, it does not dissapoint. Im a big believer in you get what you pay for when it comes to quality. I bought these particular collars looking for quality and a look of weight clamps that stands out. And i got it! As a trainer i use these all day everyday and so far these collars are handling the wear and tear very well. Also once you lock the clamps in, they will lock the weights in tight. If your willing to pay a bit extra for quality and a look thats unique this is the one.
