Card works first time using unsupported M.2 NVME not a problem, but missing stand-off screws and no easy way to contact manufacturer to get missing screws. Would be 5 stars but down graded to 2 stars a missing stand/screws impossible to find aftermarket.

Plugged the M2D20 into my brand new DS1823xs+. PCIe slot status changed to occupied, so they card was recognized. However, no M.2 card was recognized. Tried several, and even verified that the M.2 cards in use do function on the internal SSD slots. Returning.

You really don’t get the best performance out of a NAS without a solid state cache and this brings that in high performance fashion. Worth every penny.

This was pretty easy to install, and if you do some research more than just the Synology M.2 cards will work.. Still says not compatible, but haven't had any issues..

Does the trick for cacheing, but I should have researched and found the combo that includes the 10gbe connection
