Not too hot a fire. Keep shaking your peppers around until they are seared then dump them in a plastic bag to sweat. Works great.

Got this for a birthday gift for my Uncle. The first one that arrived the handle was broken off in the bag. I did a return and got another one that wasn’t broken. Not the sturdiest but was okay for what he wanted to use it for

Easy to clean. Best area for doing meats (steaks, chicken, lamb etc.) Keeps barbecue grate relatively clean and easily useable for the next time. Can also be used in the oven to cook pizza e.g. Maximum area to allow heat to come through evenly. In fact I am going to order a second, so I always have one clean and ready to go.

I purchased this barbeque basket for my husband because he likes to cook everything and anything on the barbeque.It works very well and has a handle That can flip up or down or come off.Which makes it simple and easy to store and use on the bbq.We use it mostly for veggies but it is big enough to put other items in for sureI really like this

I bought this to use for spaetzel making. I put the dough in the bowl/pan over the boiling water & push it through. Makes a great size spaetzel. Learned this trick from my 84 year old Aunt. Works perfectly! Am super happy with it.
