I haven't even used this product yet but am already pleased. Not only do the prongs line up perfectly with the sight tool included from CZ, but the 2 factors I'm impressed with are the texturing on the tool for a study grip and mine came with a free bottle opener, so immediate gangster points for the seller

Anyone who bought this and wrote a positive review either hasn’t used it yet, or received a different product. This sight adjustment tool is completely terrible quality and does not readily function as intended. It would be easier to use paperclips to adjust the sights. I tried to use it and bent all the teeth. This product is basically just an ugly paperweight. I cannot imagine having to use this in a hurry. I would not recommend this product unless you just want to order something and wait for it to be delivered just so you can be completely disappointed. That’s basically what happened. This may make an awesome prank for someone you don’t like. I cannot believe that I bought this. I’m quite disappointed with myself for buying it, and with the seller for selling such an extremely low quality product. This may make a good dart for dart boards, but be prepared for all the teeth to bend after the first throw. I truly don’t believe that words can accurately describe just how bad this thing is. It’s almost like it was made for the sole purpose of pranking people. DO NOT buy this if you want a good product. I feel that it was worth my time and YOUR time for me to write this review, as the product is really that bad. But seriously, this is a very very low quality product. The knurling was marred, it showed obvious scratches, made from poor quality metal, and the teeth bend very quickly with very little force. There are many great sight adjustment tools out there and this is definitely not one of them. This is the kind of thing aliens would give people on earth to cause a global disruption and maybe even make us completely distrust our manufacturing processes. I’m pretty sure this was not made in the USA. I think a novice machinist apprentice could do infinitely better than this in probably just a few minutes. I’m not sure if this company has ANY quality control measures, but I totally doubt it. It would make more sense that a defective robot made these based off what it’s robot computer brain “thought” would probably work (not having ever used a sight adjustment tool). A reasonable assumption would be that the manufacturer might not even know what this “tool” is for. They may not even know that it’s a tool. If it was slightly better looking, it might look like it would work from about 15 feet away. Any closer and the average village idiot would quickly realize that this thing is a flaming pile of garbage and isn’t suitable for anything at all. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with this. It would almost be too much of a waste of time to even walk this thing to the trash can. If you care about actually adjusting anything, this is not your best option. Chopsticks, paperclips, a punch, Allen wrench, tree branch, ball point pen, or a plastic fork would all probably do a better job than this (supposedly designed to adjust sights). Thanks.

Like other reviews, this tool did not fit the sight (the four prong side...(how people break the prongs is a mystery to me.) The tool seems to be well made and I don't think the prongs should be any smaller. I decided the cut outs in the sight were to small. I then removed the sight post and used a rotary tool and small stone to slightly enlarge the cut outs. After this slight modification, the tool worked perfectly. The prongs of the tool are just long enough to allow the sight to be moved without hanging up. The locking post for the sight seems to be exactly where it needs to be. Using the tool is sure a lot easier than the alternate method of adjustment.I am happy with this tool. In my OPINION, I think there needs to be some better attention paid to the front sight post by manufacturers. This is an entry level rifle which may, or may not have anything to do with the problem.

I purchased this tool and a set of sights from another vendor. Th tool would not fit into adjustment area, I returned both items and bought sights with tool included. I am uncertain whether the sight of tool was out of specification. I suspect the sights were inaccurately machined.

I ordered this without reading the one star reviews, a waste of time for me, and shipping costs for amazon. It is well made and a decent tool, but as reported by many others, it does not always fit a standard A2 front sight. The barrel diameter is too large to fit between the wings. I have 1/2 dozen sights of my own of different manufacture, and passed it around the range, and it fit no one's A2. . A couple of the sights are purportedly "mil-spec" and it didn't fit those, which should be the default. A palmetto state armory A2 was a no go, though someone else reported it fit theirs.Plenty of 5* reviews so it must work on some sights. Whether this is a tool problem or a sight problem is up for grabs, but I tried it on 10 different A2 sights of different manufacture and it fit none. The fit issues wasn't a matter a few thousandths, the difference was in the one millimeter range. No way could it fit, even trying to force it would be pointless because it couldn't turn, the fit is that tight. When I looked for an alternative, it seems this is an across the board problem, every tool I looked at had at least some "didn't fit" complaints.Rather than spend a lot of time testing others and returning (some have significant shipping charges), I'll just use the alternative methods of punches and needle nose pliers.Service was great, return and refund was relatively painless, it just didn't fit, and my bad for not reading the reviews.
