after trying several nuts to fit on this shaft nothing works,even the guys at bike shop had no idea what outer nuts belong on this shaft.

I bought this to replace the bent axel on my cheap walmart bike.First problem I noticed is that the product description says: "High efficiency transmission.Including cones axle and bearings." but there were no bearings. this becomes a big problem later.Next the threading is a little closer together than the other axel. This means none of the nuts and cones will actually screw onto the new shaft, but hey it came with its own that work just fine. This also becomes a big problem later.So I finally get everything put back together and tightened down only to realize the wheel doesn't spin. After some experimenting I see that new cone is has a slightly different profile and doesn't engage the bearings properly causing the wheel to lock up.Can I replace it with bearings that were meant to work with the new cones? No, they weren't in the package.Can I replace the new cone with the old one that I know engages the bearing properly? No, the threading is different, for some reason.This makes the axel unusable. I'm going to have to salvage a rear axel from a spare tire I have lying around.absolute waste of money.

I needed a replacement axle fairly quick and this seemed like a good option so I took it. When it got here, there were no bearings like it said there would be. So I had to go buy bearings separately despite being told they were included. Second issue is the cones didn’t have a dust cover like it showed in the product pictures. Okay so I have some extra cones from my previous axle, it’s all good right? No cuz the threading on the axle is completely different and weird and my cones wouldn’t screw on at all. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is cuz the axle itself is solid and would probably be useful if it didn’t have missing pieces

Seemed like a solid axle, I returned it right out of the box because the thread was different than the previous one. Did not thread with my foot pegs.
