I haven't used it much but when I did it worked fine I have since bought a different scope that uses 1.25 eyepieces. Even though they are .965 I use it with a plastic adaptor. I am a novice so I don't see the negative things a seasoned pro would see.

I bought this 0.965-inch telescope eyepiece to pair with a budget telescope I picked up at a yard sale that was missing its eyepieces. While it’s as inexpensive as you might expect, it does the job just fine.The quality isn’t top-notch, but it works effectively for casual stargazing and is a great way to get my old telescope back in action. If you're looking for an affordable replacement, this eyepiece is a practical choice.Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. It may not be fancy, but it gets the job done!
