No more stream in the bathroom

This bathroom exhaust fan does an excellent job of clearing out steam and moisture quickly and has kept my mirrors mold and fog-free. While in use, the fan remains relatively quiet, producing more of a soft hum that blends into the background. The built-in light, while a good idea, falls short in terms of brightness. It works well as an additional light source but shouldn't be relied on as the main light for the bathroom. It does save space on the ceiling, but be prepared to need another light fixture for sufficient illumination.Installation also turned out to be more complicated than expected. The instructions weren't very clear, so if you’re not confident in your DIY skills, you might need to hire someone. Even for me, whose put together a fair share of home projects, this one felt like a bit more trouble than it should've been. Another downside is that the fan and light cannot be operated separately. This means you can't run the fan without also having the light on, which isn't the most energy-efficient design. On the bright side, the fan is easy to install for smaller spaces, looks good, and does wonders in smaller bathrooms. However, it may not be the best option for larger bathrooms needing significant ventilation.Overall, this exhaust fan with light has strong air circulation and quiet operation but falls short on brightness and ease of installation. It’s a mixed bag but can be good for smaller spaces.

Easy install, looks nice. The light is great, very bright white. The housing is very light plastic. The fan is quiet, but doesn’t seem to pull much air. Works ok for my small water closet. IMHO this would not be suitable for a larger bathroom or that needs ventilation of steam from the shower, etc.

Solid quality plastic enclosure which avoids rust in the attic. Wires are stranded but strong and all internal components well built. Very simple to install and I spent more time taking out the old one. Very much recommend.

The fan is just ok. It's in a basement bathroom. It's not 120 cfm, the old nutone that was installed 20 yrs ago had more air at the outside exhaust. The wire colors are not NA colors. You get what you pay for. The light is bright.

Our exhaust fans always seem to go in a month or two since they are wall-mounted and they're not really designed for that, but this one has been going strong for a while and has not been getting the telltale squealing they usually get.
