Wheels gets stuck rolling on it. Not smooth at all. Have to force the chair to move by pulling it forward harder than normal.

I like the round shape and compact size of this mat. It feels like good quality and I expect it to suit my needs. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, unrolling it is a bear! It is very tightly rolled and stiff. Even after letting sit for 24 hours it was very difficult to unroll. I watched the video instructions about unrolling and that helped. My mat did not unroll as smoothly as the one in the video, but eventually, through a combination of standing, then kneeling, finally sitting on the mat, and adding objects on the sides to hold it down as I went, I was able to pry it open. If you have a partner to assist it would be helpful.

Size is just right. Arrived rolled in a box which is ok except pad was tightly wound from maybe too small a box? 20 minutes of heat gun later, was able to unroll pad. Put weights on pad overnight per directions.Pad is worth the price if one has patience.

I purchased this mat to sit under my chair at my sewing table. At first I did not think I was going to get the mat unrolled. But I left it in a warm room and eventually it softened up. I had to put down weights along the sides and leave it out for 24 hours before putting it under my chair. This is a good heavy duty mat. I highly recommend.
