I'm just using this for the thigh exercises. The pressure adjustment work fine. It's easy to make it harder or easier to squeeze. I'm not using the straps around my legs and don't think the are necessary. I think the virtual jump rope thing is and advertising gimmick and honestly wouldn't feel safe using it.I got this thing to help rehab my legs and core after some medical issues. It works well for this. The pads are nice and are staying in place. The rep counter is also a nice feature.

This exerciser has been a great for me! I was struggling with weak muscles in my glutes and hip adductors to the point where I could barely walk. After using this just a little each day, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength and mobility. The adjustable resistance allows for gradual progression. It’s comfortable to use, and effective. I would recommend for anyone needing to strengthen their lower body and pelvic floor!

This is only an ok device. The padding on the device has already started lifting up and I just took it out of the package. I pushed the padding back down and I can hear the glue turning loose... not a good look. The resistance is not great, but works in a pinch for Kegel exercises, but squats are just as effective and squats are free. The jump rope / ball with a cord attached to the stick is more of a hazard than not. I'm concerned about the ball apparatus coming lose and flying across the room and hitting someone, breaking a window, etc. This is a design flaw that should be corrected as there should be something attached to make sure the cords do not come loose. The leg/thigh straps may not fit a larger persons thigh. I measured the length which is about 25 inches fully stretched and people that may be attracted to buying this device may have thigh diameter larger than that strap can accommodate. The velcro strap makes my thighs itch and is abrasive to my skin. There is not a lot of versatility for arm exercises. This is a one trick device for arms and the resistance is not great.

Received this in the mail and was quickly motivated to put it together. Once I got by the included microscopic instructions, I was able to assemble all the parts and pieces fairly quickly. The pads attached to the machine with little knobs and screws. These pads work fairly well while cushioning your kegel exercises.The machine does have a decent amount of resistance, but its range of motion is so limited that you really don't get a good workout.The handles with the small balls and plastic tubing initially confused me but once I saw the online pictures, I realized what they were for. These two handles are supposed to mimic jumping rope without actually using a rope, just having two little balls hanging from handles while you jump. Kind of useless, but okay for people who really don't have the space or rope available. The handles can be attached to the machine to use for an arm workout. Not a particularly wide range of motion for an arm workout, but better than nothing. All in al, this machine is barely average for a person who isn't a particularly avid gym user, but wants to attempt a light workout at home for doing kegel exercises or some minimal arm exercises.
