I think this is a very high-quality item, such a handy device, and it looks great on the wall of a garage! It is pretty heavy, so you will need to secure it well for hanging, but every garage should have one of these.- Very well made, high-quality item. Super heavy & sturdy- Dimensions are accurate- Pre-drilled holes for quick & easy installation- With this item, you can easily identify bolt & nut sizes and even thread thickness. My dad can take one look at a broken bolt & tell me exactly what size I would need to replace it, but sometimes you don't have help like that- Includes both metric & standard measurements- You also have a drill bit measurement at the bottomMy only complaint would be that the price seems a bit steep, but the quality is definitely there. I kept my rating at 5 stars because this is such a nifty tool to have & the quality is very good. We have been using ours for 4 months now, and it still looks brand new! I will update if anything changes, but we are very impressed with the quality & happy to have this item in our garage!

I mean, you could simply take the nut or bolt with you to the store. Or you can thread it into/onto this board and take a photo with your cellphone. No taking of notes is needed. I've used this multiple times for sizing the screw I need before going to the parts bin. Of course, I could have just taken the screw with me and hunted around until I found what fit or I can find the size on the board and look on the front of the drawer for the right fastener.It's heavy-duty and will likely last a lifetime.100% recommended!

I love the easy mount design and use of this product.Save me time of digging through my workbench to match, when I can just use this identifier quickly.I have had no issue with this item. I did not experience the loose studs like some of the other reviewers. This may be hit-and-miss due to quality control.

About this board to identify Bolt and Nuts, I loved first of all!Always when I was visiting stores like Homedepot or similar, in the hardware store section, always they have a board to check precisely nuts and bolts, and I was willing to have something like that for my home, because I have a lot of bolts and nuts completely not organized.NOw that I saw this board, I ordered, and I could say, this board, was well made, I can see and feel the good quality that was made.My son has been helping me to check every bolt and nut to put it in different containers. At the same time he is learning to recognize the different measures because soon or late he will have to learn about it, as part of our daily lifes.He understood very well, how to use it.For me, is a little pricey, but the quality is good.Has measures for Metric and Standard Sizes. (14 different sizes each) has the most basic measures and really has been so helpful.I recommend it widely.

This bolt and nut identifier gauge is well-built.It is made of high-quality aluminum alloy.It's supposed to be resistant to rust and corrosion.It seems to be durable.

My husband and I both have motorcycles, and we also have four wheelers and dirtbikes for us and our kids. So we're constantly working on something. I hate making a trip to the hardware store to figure out what size nut or bolt we need to fix something. This set allows you to figure that out at home and order online. The hardware store is over 30 minutes away and more expensive, so ordering online is always better unless we need it immediately. This set up is very heavy duty though, I was surprised at how heavy it is. So far everything has worked great for us, things thread in easily once you find the right size. The price seemed a bit high to me but after looking at comparable sets it seems to be on point and this set is definitely heavy duty. The color goes perfect with our HD themed garage and trailer, so that's a bonus for us!

The thread gauge checker arrived well protected in a corrugate box with foam surrounding all sides. The gauge checker is made from a 1/4" thick aluminum plate. The threaded rods feel rock solid and are well beveled so when you do find the right fit for a nut, it threads on with ease. The threaded holes are cut into the aluminum plate itself. I would prefer if the threads were in a harder material, but they are also cleanly beveled and bolts thread into them smoothly.Excited to now have a method to easily identify bolt size, particularly for metric. No more trips to hardware stores with a mystery bolt in hand, only to find out by trial and error that they do not carry the fastener you need. Much easier to identify the required bolt with the checker, then order online through McMaster or other fastener suppliers.
