i like the sound, a little quiet for my application but good for a daily driver. But my exhaust backfired on upshift and it expanded the whole case and caused ripples to form. im afraid it will completely blow up eventually

Took my exhaust from rattley and harsh to smooth yet, when the revs get high, starts to scream.Each exhaust pulse is like a whoosh rather than a crack. Its not always about the decibels but also the type of sound and I'm a big fan of this one. Great for cruising on the freeway, even with my poor gear ratios that make me run 3500rpm.Any louder than this would be uncomfortable and obnoxious for daily driving in a car with little insulation (i.e old cars), this is perfect.

Great mufflers. Ran duals on my 4.3L. Sound is deep and not loud. For just a inexpensive muffler replacement these are the way to go.

A great value for the money! This muffler replaced the stock muffler on my stock exhaust on my 1971 Chevy c10. This muffler was shorter than the stock muffler but fit with the two couplers I purchased to install the muffler using clamps. It has a nice throaty sound but is pleasantly quiet when cruising. The sound is not obnoxious but has character and won’t anger your neighbors every time you pull in. It’s hard to believe this great part was this affordable and of such high quality. I am very satisfied especially after living with a stock muffler that was blown apart by rust.

I gave this four stars because I was searching for something quieter. It sounds good and has a crackle when you hit the higher RPM’s if that’s what you’re looking for. It is super cheap! I bought it based on the reviews of people saying it was quieter than they wanted. There’s no way to tell what it’s going to sound like before buying it. I realize the word “turbo” is in the name but, I figured I’d give it a shot. This is on a 98’ Honda CRV; it’s not appropriate but it does sound cool!

Yes, the best muffler out there, if you are looking for performance gains and acoustics on budget. Easily goes where stock fits without any clearance or fitment issues. It is much lighter and smaller. No drone in cabin at all RPM's.Thank you Amazon for carrying this item. Would purchase another if needed within a blink of an eye.Try it, you'll like it.

For 40$ what's to complain. At first it was very quiet to the point where I almost couldn't hear it but after a week of breaking it in it has a throaty rumble to it for sure. You won't hear it from miles away but when your near it the sound is very clean and muscular. Sounds best at about 2-3000 rpm on my crown Vic. Maybe would sound better with duals. At the end of the day this is 40$ that will make your vehicle sound really decent and in my opinion that's money well spent compared to 500-1000 for a custom exhaust system. It's also worth it to note that I did experience slight but noticeably better fuel economy as well as slightly more power around 3000 rpm. Would recommend to a freind
