I had to unscrew it a little to get it to focus. It's poorly made, but was only $6.

I paid extra to get this the next day. Sure wish I had not paid extra. Unit does NOT FOCUS. Save your money.

This monocular is the easiest one to use out of the 3 monoculars I own. At first I didn't know how to focus it turns out this molecular can be used with out having to adjust focus. It's so convenient not having to mess around with a focus dial.

It is very useful considering the price.

If you golf like me, then you won’t need a down to half a yard accurate $500 range finder. All you need is a decision aid whether to swing an 8 or a 9 iron. The longer the distance, the jerkier it gets (naturally) but everything below 150 yd is doable and works really well. Simple, no batteries required. I like it.

I love the fact that there is no battery and therefore no electronics. This is very simple to use and so compact. Great product. Was really happy to have found it after searching for a simple scope.

The rangefinder arrived quickly via Prime. Unfortunately, the unit was made in China and the build quality for my unit was poor. There were particles on the reticle from manufacturing; perhaps improper coating or grease material from the threads.. In addition, although the reticle was in focus, the monocular was not set to infinity. The instructions indicated that the optics could be focused but there was no mechanism to do so. Since I was not able to clean or adjust the optics, I was forced to do a return. I gave it two stars since the size was convenient and it came with a carry case and cleaning cloth.Update: Thanks to Amazon's great return/replace policy, I received a second unit. This one was perfect with no visible issues on the reticle and the focus was sharp. So, I updated the rating to five stars. It's really small; roughly 4" x 1.5" in the carry case, 3.5" x 1.2" without. Magnification, size and weight make it a nice option for rough ranging at an inexpensive cost. It also has a nice rubber skin for easy grip.

No way to adjust focus. Focus is fixed to infinity. not a problem for the way it was intended to be used, I just wanted to see meter reading and they were to close to be in focus.
